Full time, permanent role with great handover from retiring incumbent
Combination of Customer Service, Stock management and Import

In vitro diagnostics multinational healthcare company
Established 50 years internationally. 5 years in Australia
Products for Haemostasis, Critical Care and Autoimmunity
Free parking
Between St Leonards and Artarmon train station
10-15 minutes walk to the train
Position is available because the person who has been here since starting in Australia is retiring early 2018
Want you to start December 2017 or January 2018 to enable a good transition
$50-70,000 + super depending on your experience
Office hours 9-5 Monday to Friday

The job:
Enjoy lots of variety
Liaise with hospital and private pathology customers
Work in a small, friendly and professional customer service team of 3
This job is primarily administration however your career can change and grow as the company in Australia changes and grows.
Currently using quite a few traditional methods so your ideas for improvement will be welcomed
Customer service, answering customer phone calls and emails
Enter orders into SAP
Print picking slips
Liaise closely with the warehouse manager for stock control and goods outwards
Be the contract person for Freight Forwarders and Customs
Review shipments coming in via both air and sea
Most incoming shipments from Hong Kong, USA and Italy.
Report to the Financial Controller
Mainly paperwork. No heavy lifting.

Love to work in a Team environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
Pathology knowledge a major benefit
Understanding of the importance of getting it right.
Understanding of stock rotation and control including batch numbers and Use By dates.
Clear and friendly telephone voice
Accurate data entry and writing
Self motivation and a strong work ethic
Enjoy variety in your work
Customer service focus
Want a long term career
Enthusiastic and always looking for ways to improve processes
Excellent computer skills including SAP and EXCEL, WORD etc
